Yes that’s right especially on a Monday.   You just never know what Tina might have up her sleeve.   But then again this is what we love best about Kettlebells Niagara, you never know what to expect…. so expect the UNEXPECTED!  Just remember it will always be a challenge because that’s what Tina is all about.  These pictures should explain..
