Sometimes we like to put together a sequence for our website so you can see what workouts with kettlebells looks like. Here are a few examples.  This first video was shot during the summer of 2015.

This next video is  a compilation of videos taken at the studio of Kettlebells Niagara.   These are a series of exercises that you can expect to be a part of your workout once you gain strength and experience under the training of Tina Boccabella.
During the summers we often take our workouts to the outdoors…sometimes that means that we head to Oakes Park or in our parking lot!   Here is an example of a workout in our parking lot!
