When you have to stop to get your heart rate down, you know you are participating in on of Tina’s classes. We had that today. That’s why the end of the routine is the best time of the workout because you never think you will make it there but somehow you do! It’s an awesome feeling to look back and see the improvements you have made over time or how Tina has challenged you…you think you couldn’t possibly complete that! And you do! Celebrate in pain a little later…lol It’s a good type of pain!
