Today we were sweating it up in the 100+ temperatures at Kettlebells Niagara, but nothing makes you feel better than completing a great workout here even if you are strained by the heat!

Just remember these tips when attending class…   Make sure you have enough water to prevent thirst and dehydration.  You can monitor your fluid loss by checking the colour of your urine. (should be pale yellow ….not dark, smelly or cloudy)  If you are exercising in extreme heat for more than one hour…you can supplement your water with a sports drink.   It contains electrolytes and carbohydrates that your body needs to prevent low blood sodium.
