At the studio this morning we enjoyed the cooler temperatures. This summer has certainly been a challenge for workouts with Kettlebells. These images were taken this morning while we were doing our circuits.
Some things aren’t changing too much! It was so hot and humid again! Love this summer weather but sure makes for a more difficult workout. Today we were outdoors at the studio!
We had quite the workout variety today. We were picking cards to determine what our workout was. In this humidity it didn’t matter what you were doing..you were going to sweat of course!
