Oakes Park workout was amazing…
The temperature was a little cooler this morning with a little breeze but it didn’t take long to work up a sweat! Tina had us doing pushups, pull-ups, squats and laps around the track. The affects will be felt later!

What a hot day! We were all feeling the heat today with Tina’s routine…but gratifying to be done! Nothing will keep us from getting our kettle bell workout in!

This morning we were out at Oakes Park. The intensity of the heat was pretty crazy so this workout was definitely a struggle to complete!

The heat just adds to the workout intensity today! Humidity today is a killer but at least the temperature isn’t too bad this morning!
Today we took to the stairs and fields of Oakes Park. A little variety in our workouts by picking out a card that directs you what to do next. Laps, stairs, swings, pushups, burpies and more!
