Tina Boccabella's passion for health and fitness runs deep. Since beginning her career in 1999, she has dedicated herself to not only her own fitness journey but to inspiring and educating everyone around her. An avid runner, Tina has competed in numerous races, completed a marathon, and taken on the Tri Fitness Obstacle Course Competition. She has also competed in two all-natural bodybuilding shows — a testament to her commitment, discipline, and love for the sport.

With more than two decades of training experience, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm to every session. As a certified personal trainer, she draws on a diverse range of training methods — including kettlebells, body weight exercises, HIIT, resistance bands, and cardio — to create well-rounded, effective workouts tailored to each individual. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all. She meets people exactly where they are and builds from there.

Tina firmly believes that fitness should positively impact every area of life — physically, emotionally, and psychologically. She understands that a successful fitness practice is one that evolves with you, and she sees herself as the guide and resource to help her clients learn that philosophy and live it out every day.
